It took two months in total. The first round was an introductory recorded interview, the second was a technical interview with the reporting manager conducted virtually, and for the third interview, they called me in person. During the in-person interview, they showed me the job duties I would be assigned, gave me a tour of the blast furnace in the field, and introduced me to all the team members at the plant. Everything seemed so positive until the end, but then they sent me a rejection email. I tried to contact HR and the hiring manager to find out what went wrong and to get feedback on the interview, but despite many follow-up emails, I received no proper response. It was such an unethical hiring process. I would never recommend applying there.
