The interview was really relaxed but still professional. They were more interested to see how the personality and work interests fit with the company.The partner who interviewed me was really professional and made it very clear that he is open to talk about anything. He wants what is best for me whether I accepted his offer or not. Overall it went well.

I applied and then got an email request for interview. I did not submit portfolio, only resume. The actual interview mainly focused on telling me about the company and not about getting to know me as a canidate.
