I was ghosted after applying online and waiting a very long time. I think companies should be courteous and at least send out rejections once the job is filled. This is a good insight into how they probably treat their own people. Blessing in disguise.

After applying, I made it through the phone screen but I didn't get past the first technical interview. Regardless, the interviewers were kind and clear, and followed up swiftly to keep me informed on where I was in the process.

The technical interview was a React/Typescript/CSS interview where I was provided with an image and asked to build a component based on that image using the template they had set up.

An hour long coding challenge. First looking at some pre written React code with a lot of questions along the way. No algorithms but we touched on a lot of best practices. Note for potential hires the interviewer really stressed that everyone they hire should be interested in the company for their environmental impact, I got the impression that any other response to "why do you want to work here" could get you filtered out.
