My interview was with the district manager and it was an hour long, the questions were repetitive but with different scenarios. I understand they were trying to get a feel for who I was but I felt like it was a waste to be asking the same questions. If your keeping someone for that long it is appropriate that I should of received a follow up phone call to let me know that they went with someone else.

Very informal. Manager was friendly, but was reading from a sheet of questions so it didn't seem very organized. Asked salary expectations even though it is an hourly rate job.
