Ardent Services interview questions

Worked with some of their employees on another job, when this one started up I got a phone call, had to produce my journeyman's card, and pass a drug screen but then off to work, they paid to get my MSHA certification but then it was just up to me to do my job. Their supervisors and foremen were very easy to get along with.

The interview was brief, did not cover expectations, pay, benefits, etc. Only a brief description of the duties. The overall interview was very brief and not very informative.
