Hired on the spot because they don't care who they hire. They really don't. It's very robotic. There are specific generalizations you can say to just about anyone, and it will do. I gave them my name, they looked at my job history. It was a very thin process. I got the idea they decided before I walked through the door. No joking, they will hire anyone. They actually have inmates doing this job in one location.
