I got to know about the position through LinkedIn. I revert on the mentioned mail address with the updated resume. 1. After sharing the resume, quick acknowledgement was given. 2. After this, HR will get in touch with you to get brief Information about your current job and salary. Also, they will want to know on your availability for a telephonic round of discussion. 3. Telephonic round of discussion is completely technical based on BI. 4. After this technical round, got a call from Hr for another round which is test on power bi and excel. Skills followed by a manager round. 5. I have cleared them all and then, got call from Hr for another director round. So, again after giving test on one day has to travel to their office just to meet the director. 6. Normal discussion with the director. But, don't believe that you are through for the job even if you have cleared everything. They said to me that your feedback is positive after clearing all the round of interview but the position is on hold. Such a pathetic experience with the organization and if, you don't want to hire someone then why do you open positions and post it on LinkedIn. Are you trying to fool people around. Such pathetic organization and people, who don't even pick up your call when you want to know what's the final result is, as they told that they will update on the final management decision after the discussion but now, they are not answering the call. Give interview in this organization at your own risk as they will waste your time and money. They don't have any respect for an individual time and money.
