Basic HR interview, then hiring manager, then multiple interviews with team members. HR person is hopelessly antiquated, again I am extremely concerned that large parts of our labor force are prevented from working by these gate keepers. They know nothing about the position, do not answer emails, and use very old processes and systems in a hiring process. It is very sad because the technical team and hiring manager were delightful. But since those interviews nothing but silence and no answer from the recruiter/talent person/phone sanitizer.
