Aristocrat Team Lead interview questions

I had an interview for NOIDA location, i had very bad experience, they had given me MCQ questions on C++, i did solve most of the questions very fast, questions were very simple, after my online test completions, HR told me you are not cleared the test, that's it, i was socked because questions were easy! they should have discussed the MCQ with me. A person having 11 years experience in c++ always expect a F2F discussion, some MCQ questions can not judge a good Developer, specially who have been worked in Game Company like EA Sports, i feel that Aristocrat company should have changed the interview process for lateral.
