Arizona Science Center interview questions

Applied online on their website. Received a call from HR a day or two later Interview arranged. Greeted in lobby. Straight down to business with the hiring manager. Was told to expect a response by that Friday. I didn't hear from them on that date but a few days later. When not contacted by their intended date I expected that an offer was out to someone else for the role.
