you get asked basic questions about customer service and being professional on the job.
they except short and honest answers. Know the policies and emergency procedures well and you should be good

Online application on job site. This was followed by a phone interview by two desk managers. The interview questions were very straight forward. The process took about 2 weeks. Once selected, shift process was expalained and there was a orientation session on campus.
