The highering process was long winded, I applied in novemenber and finally landed the job the last week of october. There was only one major interview where you were asked things such as "how would you handle these specific situations". What do you think the role of a desk assistant is. Do you think its fair for desk assistants to be paid minimum wage.

Online application on job site. This was followed by a phone interview by two desk managers. The interview questions were very straight forward. The process took about 2 weeks. Once selected, shift process was expalained and there was a orientation session on campus.

Was asked a few questions about different experiences and was also asked a couple of questions about scenarios. Had 3 people on the interview panel. Was a phone interview. Was about 15 minutes long.
