Applied online and was contacted about 2.5 weeks later for an phone nterview. I spoke with two people, the direct supervisor for the position and one person from upper management for the entire department. They said they would be contacting people during the following week for in-person interviews. I didn't hear anything else until someone from HR reached out saying I was not selected.
