Interview
The interview started early morning and consisted of seven or eight 1:1 interview and a presentation. A lot of behavior questions were asked and many of them were the same. So be prepared well. Some questions I remembered. Why did you go to this college, why did you choose our company, what is your strength.

The HM interview focus on technical questions.
The final on-site interview is more behavior related questions and share my past experience. Half day, five 1 on 1, and then have lunch with three people.

If you get to the 2nd round of interviews, you should know what specifically you'll be working on (i.e. what polymer that site works on) and what it will be used for.

If you're trying to troubleshoot an HPLC method and you see a lot of background noise that makes the reading indistinguishable from the noise, what do you do?
First, email invitation on on-site interview was received. During the on-site interview, there was a research presentation, followed by individual discussions with many scientists. Many questions were asked after presentations. Overall positive experience about the company!
