I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Army National Guard (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
The interview process for a military recruiter is set up in a Military hiring board type setting. In this setting you will be in dress uniform and will knock on the meeting door and once told to enter you will address the president of the board accordingly and render a salute. At this time you will be told to be seated and will be asked several questions from each board member as well as the president of the board. Upon completion you will render proper military customs and then you will leave to board and wait for results to be posted.
