Interview
Not really one. Applied via indeed.com submitted my resume for recruiting, was contacted by email to come in for an interview. So i said yes to the interview. Well, I never heard back after a week so i decided to go to the company. Showed up dressed and with my resume, was told the person who emailed me was let go so then i met the VP on the spot and was told to come back ready for a interview next week. Came back and was hired on the spot without any interview.

Interview
Small talk, manager was too busy asking personal questions and telling me about his life. Weirdest interview ever. Already knew at interview that he had no idea what was going on. He expressed all of his future visions, which had nothing to do with the job at all. Turns out he was a complete dud as a boss.

Interview
The HR manager called me for a phone interview which was very basic and simple to get an in person interview. They were in need to fill the position fast so I received the job offer while I was there for the interview.
