Interview
Simple process. Very comfortable. We were talking generally about previous experiences related to customer service. Experience in Hospitality wasn't explicitly necessary as training is provided. After the verbal interview a day trial is expected.

Interview
This was an initial telephone screening to cage my interest and motivation for applying for the position. Quick fire questions to understand my background, experience and skillset. However, did not mention that Hotel experience was a criteria otherwise why would the recruiter bother to ring me. Suggest recruiter validates and pays more attention to the industry rather than skillset which can be applied across all sectors of industry.
