I did two online interviews, then I was invited to meet the CEO for my third interview. the office location is horrible, no parking and the building is old and crowded and not maintained. I met the CEO the interview went great, he told me to just send an example of my work and we should be good to go. I sent the example, it has been a month, and they have ghosted me, after all that effort, not even a rejection email.
