I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Array (NY) in Sept 2022
Interview
Array's interview process was extremely transparent and clearly communicated the whole way through. Their recruiters are best in class, truly, and help set you up for a smooth and successful interview process. The battery includes the initial recruiter screen, an interview with your hiring manager, and then a series of interviews with adjacent team members and managers you'll be working with. After that, you should expect a few days for scorecards to be filled out and discussed before a final decision is made. Pretty standard process so far as I've experienced.

Question 1
Q: How would you handle a scenario where a developer is consistently missing deadlines/not delivering good work?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Array (NY) in May 2024
Interview
The aptitude and emotional intelligence test was, I would say, out of bounds. They sent me the test as a follow up at least 4 times. I decided to take it and wish I wouldn't have wasted my time. I can see doing something like this later in the process, but the first screening it really is just making sure an applicant isn't neurodivergent. Not a place I would want to work.

Question 1
A few behavioral questions here or there, but mostly a casual conversation. I lot of the interviewers didn't seem very prepared for this interview
