Array (NY) Software Engineer interview questions

IQ test, coding test through code signal and design interview where they asked me to consider various parts of a software system. Then they made me an offer. But they couldn’t disclose what my percent stake would be from my shares.

Applied online. The confirmation email asks you to take 3 assessments. One technical, two emotional/IQ tests. Completed all assessments successfully. Automated rejection email a few days later. In fact, I got two confirmation emails for the same assessments and 2 rejection emails. They don't care/review your application nor actually look at your assessment results. Avoid this company. Do not invest yourself in the interview process by doing the assessments unless an actual person asks you to do so, meaning that you're actually a candidate and not a resume, or if you want the practice.
