Arrival Project Engineer interview questions

I applied through the company website as a generic application, not a specific job. Following this, I received an email stating that I had stood out to the company and they wanted to schedule a phone interview. The scheduled time arrived for the interview but the phone call never came. I followed up to see if there was an issue getting through or if a different time needed to be scheduled, unfortunately I've still had no response. I believe Arrival are doing great things. However, I think they need to look into their application process. Reading other interview experiences, this seems like common practice for the company to treat potential employees.
