The recruiter gave step-by-step instructions on how the interview process will go; they gave useful information on what questions will be asked and how we can prepare for the interview.

1. Phone call with recruiter—approx. 15-20 mins 2. In-person interview & shadowing—approx. 1.5 hours The interview process is very transparent—all details (start date, pay, hours, etc.) are discussed on the initial phone screening call so the applicant is aware & informed. When you job shadow, you get a clear insight into what your day will look like. The associate I shadowed was very helpful in answering questions and giving me tips for the final interview. All the staff I met with at Arrive were extremely nice!
