Phone interview followed with an invitation to the office in Tampa for an in-person interview, and a significant amount of time shadowing employees to get an idea of what the day to day job looks like.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked if I had knowledge of common practices in the freight brokerage industry, and mainly tried to get an idea if I would be a good fit for the team.
Very responsive and easy to coordinate. The interview itself was straightforward and exactly how described. 2 parts, 30 minutes each. One with a manager and one with a director. Heard back a few days later as they had told me. Very easy to coordinate with the team on the offer post interview
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Typical questions and was easy enough.
Then you shadow a tenured rep for about 30 ish minutes to see how the job is.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2026

Consisted of 2 phone calls (15 minutes or so), 1 interview on site in Chicago a week or so later (3 hours total). Interview was a 30 minute shadowing, then 2 back to back interviews with 2 of your possible bosses. Received an offer two days later.
