I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview process was conducted very well. It was very transparent and I really appreciated that. The ride-along/Shadowing was nice as well. I also appreciated the friendliness of all the Arrive team-members I spoke with throughout the process; They didn't make it more difficult than it needed to be, and I felt as though they were interested in getting to know me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One question that was asked to me during the interview was "What exactly did you do in your most previous role?"
Very responsive and easy to coordinate. The interview itself was straightforward and exactly how described. 2 parts, 30 minutes each. One with a manager and one with a director. Heard back a few days later as they had told me. Very easy to coordinate with the team on the offer post interview
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Typical questions and was easy enough.
Then you shadow a tenured rep for about 30 ish minutes to see how the job is.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Consisted of 2 phone calls (15 minutes or so), 1 interview on site in Chicago a week or so later (3 hours total). Interview was a 30 minute shadowing, then 2 back to back interviews with 2 of your possible bosses. Received an offer two days later.
