Very organized and straight forward. I like that they allow you to shadow to show day in the life. Good sales job right out of school. Good way to learn about sales.
A few phone calls and an in person shadow day / meeting with the sales manager. The process was well maintained by leadership. Everyone I met within the company was professional and pleasant.

Couple quizzes, couple questions, nothing too crazy, just be yourself. They really test you to make sure you will be able to handle that 10 hour work days as well as the fast paced, crazy environment. Be ready to elaborate on your resume as well because they will go over that.
