Interview
My recent interview experience with Arsenal Biosciences was profoundly disappointing and frustrating. The process started with a glimmer of promise but quickly devolved into an ordeal that reflected poorly on the company's professionalism and respect for candidates.
While I appreciate thoroughness in evaluating potential employees, the duration felt more like a marathon than a fair assessment. Despite this, I remained hopeful because the interviewers expressed a strong interest in my background and assured me they were eager to move forward with the hiring process.
However, this initial optimism was completely shattered by what followed. After the extensive interview, I was met with absolute silence. Despite their clear indications that I was moving forward in the process, I received no follow-up communication or updates. This abrupt and unexplained disappearance was not only unprofessional but also highly disrespectful.
The lack of basic courtesy and transparency in their communication is unacceptable. Candidates invest significant time and effort into preparing for and participating in interviews. The least a company can do is maintain clear and consistent communication. Ghosting candidates after an exhaustive interview process is a glaring indicator of poor organizational practices and a lack of respect for potential employees.
Furthermore, this experience has led me to seriously question Arsenal Biosciences' internal management and their treatment of staff. If this is how they handle potential hires, one can only imagine how they might treat their employees. The biotech industry is highly competitive, and companies that fail to treat candidates with respect and professionalism risk damaging their reputation and losing out on top talent.
My experience with Arsenal Biosciences has been overwhelmingly negative. Their failure to follow through on promises, combined with a total lack of communication, has left a sour taste. I would strongly caution other candidates to consider this experience before engaging with them. Arsenal Biosciences needs to drastically improve their candidate management and communication practices if they hope to attract and retain skilled professionals.

Interview
My recent interview experience with Arsenal Biosciences was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. After spending hours interviewing with multiple team members, I expected at least some form of feedback or acknowledgment of my time and effort. Unfortunately, what followed was a complete radio silence.
Firstly, the lack of communication post-interview was concerning. It's basic professional etiquette to provide candidates with feedback, whether positive or constructive. This shows respect for the candidates' time and effort invested in the interview process. In this case, not receiving any form of communication was not only discouraging but also reflected poorly on the company's organizational integrity.
Moreover, the false promise of moving to the next step in the hiring process was particularly disheartening. During the interview, I was assured that I would hear back within a specified timeframe about next steps. However, this promise turned out to be completely empty, as no further communication or action followed.
This experience has left me with a negative impression of Arsenal Biosciences. Their lack of follow-through and disregard for candidates' expectations is indicative of deeper issues within their hiring process and company culture. As a prospective employee, I value transparency and respect, qualities that were sorely lacking in my interaction with Arsenal Biosciences.
In conclusion, I would caution other job seekers to approach interviews with Arsenal Biosciences with skepticism. Unless they improve their communication practices and adhere to their commitments, they risk alienating potential talent and damaging their reputation in the competitive job market.

Interview
Was completely ghosted after the first round interview, despite it seemingly going very well. Sent 2 follow up emails to the recruiter and received no response. I'm not sure where the audacity comes from, given that the company is small and still building its reputation. It is simple and quick to send a follow up email, especially given that it can be automated. This is completely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company. Even large, successful companies provide a response after a face to face interview. Glad I didn't waste more than an hour of my time on them.
