Worst service - I got a call through naukri.com and they said that they will conduct the interview through skype and given a time even after waiting more than half an hour I did not get the call and again the scheduled it for next day and the same thing happened again. Th worst situation is when I called to the Bangalore office to talk to the concerned person the operator was dropping the call after listening that whom I just want to talk. Ridiculous behavior of the operator.

Interview
The role was Java developer, client they were outsourcing us to was IBM. they were providing us a training of 70-80 days at manipal university in bangalore, with no stipend during training but accommodation and food facility was given by them.
they took an online test, It included 3 sections- analytical, english , java.
after selection there was a second round for voice and accent.
the management of the entire interview process and the briefing of the job role to the participants was very very shabby and confusing. Maybe they were under pressure to meet their client requirements, but the briefing of the job role after the entire interview process was not satisfactory at all.
Though the people incharge were very helpful and easy to talk to.
but there was much mismanagement.
