I found the interview process very easy. Met with two managers. Answered a series of questions. And of course why I would want to work there. The only thing I didn’t like was it took 2 weeks to hear back from them

Just show up nice and be ready to ask questions. They will ask you about your previous experience, attitude and a quick knowledge assessment. Definitely research them before going in tho.

Interview
I applied online and they called me to set up a phone interview. During the phone interview we set up a time to meet in person for an interview. During the interview they asked me pretty standard questions for an assembly position and then showed me where I would work and talked about the procedures involved with working in a clean room.
