Interview
A pretty standard interview, with a task given to me (UNPAID) to spend some time on before the interview. Once in there interview I had been given a sheet as a task. The sheet they gave me to analyse was a sheet about metal heath and burn out. Having experienced excessive burnout in another job recently I found the sheet to be a toxic thing and unthoughtful to throw at any candidate, imagine if someone experienced some sort of negative experience and someone gives them a hand out on it? maybe it was a forewarning of what it would be like to work at Article10.
