The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Articulate Global
Interview
After an HR screening call, I had a Zoom interview with several writers. I was told the next step was a writing assignment, from which my name would be removed and then someone would be hired based on the anonymous writing assignment. I progressed to the writing assignment, which took approximately 10-15 hours over a three day period. However, I was then told there were numerous writing assignments to look over and that there would be additional steps after that if you were selected to move on. It took nearly a month before I found out I was not selected to move on. It was a lot of time and effort for a position if I wasn’t among a few finalists.

Interview
I had a screening interview with HR, an interview with the manager, a writing assignment, and a panel interview. The process was over 7 weeks. I mainly declined the offer due to the uncertain longevity of the position. It was also concerning that the HR process was so slow.

To be inclusive and equitable, all candidates follow the same process, which is outlined on their website. There is an interview with the recruiter, the hiring manager, a work sample, and a team interview. The process was straightforward and clear from the start.

Question 1
The company wants "thoughtful, trustworthy, doers" and it shows - the hires are stellar performers with high EQ. The interview process is thorough, and questions will vary but expect both skills based and situational questions.

Interview
Avoid if you can. Worst interview experience ever for my 15+ career. The beginning of the interview process was quick but half way through no responses and I was completely being ignored. Such an insult and no respect of candidates' time. They are definitely not what they claimed as people centric what so ever.
