The interview process was disorganized and unprofessional.
I was invited to interview and scheduled a call through their provided calendar link. When I joined the interview, there appeared to be a Google Meet issue. I could see myself in the room, but the interviewer was not visible on my end. I immediately emailed to explain the situation and confirm that I was present. The only response I received was a screenshot from their side, with no explanation, troubleshooting, or attempt to resolve the issue. When I asked to reschedule due to the technical problem, my emails were ignored.
I later used the same calendar link to reschedule, joined the meeting on time, and again no one showed up. Shortly after, the interview was cancelled entirely with no explanation, and I was effectively ghosted.
Technical issues happen, but the lack of communication, follow-up, and basic professionalism was frustrating and discouraging. For a company hiring engineers, I expected clearer communication and a more respectful candidate experience.
