3 rounds one with the hr which was normal interview just to check the communication of the applicant and second with the reporting manager to check the attitute and communication of the candidate and 3rd with department head to see communication

HR will negotiate much over salary but dont hesitate to ask more package as i settled for less than others. This tip will be very helpful.
