phone call with recruiter then zoom video chat with unit manager/educator. mostly scenario based questions and basic questions about yourself, experience, and future careers goals. basic interview questions as I was a newgrad RN
super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.
