During the interview process, I felt welcomed and respected. The questions were thoughtful, the atmosphere professional, and the experience helped me confidently showcase my skills and personality very well overall.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Asia Pulp & Paper (Karawang, West Java) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview process was conducted in one day, which made it efficient, and the results were announced relatively quickly. On the positive side, the questions were relevant and mostly focused on engineering fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and the way candidates think as engineers. This allowed applicants to demonstrate their technical understanding and mindset clearly.
However, since all candidates were scheduled to be interviewed at the same time, the waiting period before the interview was quite long. This made the overall experience feel less time-efficient despite the fast process itself. Overall, the interview process was structured and relevant, but improvements in scheduling could enhance the candidate experience.
