3 step hiring process: HR screening, interview with a hiring manager, task. I thought everything was going well as I have been praised by the VP who was covering for HR. The hiring manager seemed very uninterested in our conversation. Got an automated rejection email and no answer once I asked for individual feedback.

Interview
Recruiter did not know what she was doing. They were winging the process as it was going. Definitely felt strung along for weeks, they “added another step to the process” and overall, not a company I would want to work for.
