Askiitians interview questions

First, they will tell you that they have a vacancy in Gulf countries with a great package to offer, I cleared all of their rounds in which they will ghost you for months, they wasted by 3 months only to tell in the last that positions have been filled. I am not alone who has gone through this, they have done with this many others. THOSE WHO ARE READING THIS, SAVE YOUR TIME AND PUT IT ELSE WHERE

Earlier I used to think AskIITians must be a good company to work in but it turned out to be very opposite of that. The recruitment process is very very very very very slow and not good also, they took around 3 months of complete interview only and the worst part is they won't value your time. They won't communicate the outcome of the interview even if it's positive on time. They are not time bound in any way. Me and my friend cleared all the rounds, salary negotiation was also done but we haven't received any communication after that. When we try to reach them, they don't respond. Also, joining conditions are very tough, bond/cheque/appraisal cycle is 2 years. They need to understand the way they hire people/make them wait for such a long time and no proper communication is definitely projecting a very bad image of the company.
