Upon entering the building, I discovered there was no front desk. So, I just walked to the first person that made eye contact with me and asked them where to go. I was interviewed by the Owner and Operations Manger, who had both done their homework. They took a very laid back approach and I felt comfortable enough to be straight forward and speak candidly. I was definitely overdressed compared to everyone in the building besides the two of them, but then again it is a call center. :)
