Agency reputation management and perception of business
Applied online. I talked with a recruiter over the phone and went well. The in-person interview also went well since she asked me to come back in and meet with her counterpart. However, when I came back in to meet her counterpart, he seemed disinterested, gave an excuse that he needed to cut the interview short because he was running late for another meeting. Rude. I never heard back from them to this day. The interview took place back in August..... If candidates take time to come in and meet with you not once but twice, have the decency to follow up and let them know that you've decided to go with another candidate or at least say the position has been filled. Honestly, looking at the folks there... I probably did not fit their "culture"
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Assembly (London, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
HR seemed new and missed providing many key details of the job requirements. Was interviewed by 2 different groups without explanation from HR that they were for different roles. Asked very generic questions.
