response to the advt when I approached the company ,screening process took place at the HR department ,then second interview took place with the CFO ,who attended and asked about the previous employment and the work related questions.Then shortlisted for the final interview with the CMD N JMD OF THE COMAPNY.They have asked my strength n weakness as well as vision and expectation from the company.On satisfactory interview I was offered the job
