I spoke with a couple of people on the phone in a general phone interview and then met my direct manager a two times in person. It was pretty casual, but also very informative. I was referred by a former colleague, so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect which probably made it a lot easier. It was a very logic based discussion, and they probed a lot into how I solved problems and what strategy I used in recruiting/developing new business.
