Time consuming, the agency thy use are very pushy. You don’t really get a lot of answers they just want to force you to interview. Would have been nicer to deal directly with the company. Makes you feel like they are just desperate to get someone in that place for their bonus.

Interview
Submitted a resume and was contacted within the week by telephone to set up proper interview. The interview was with my future immediate supervisor, and they ordinarily bring back candidates for an additional interview at a later date with a few others (HR, management), but due to the company travel schedule, I met all of the individuals in the same day (it was over four hours, which is fairly brutal for a first interview, but seems to be fairly unusual practice).
