First of all resume shortlisted and then followed by technical round, HR round and F2F round. They asked to come to their offices and then questions asked by Managers. Like what is compressor, how many gears are used in Oil free compressor, role of timing gear .

I applied through campus recruitment and it started with an assessment followed by GD, Communication Game, Role play, Interview then after get selected in these processes I called for final round interview and Hr .

All questions were related to thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and related domain.
2 times interviews with first HR then with division manager, and department manager. No assessment in between, before or after. Interview went smooth. Both online with OK environment. It took around 40 mins per interview.

Went well! The interviewer was too cool and made the candidates feel easy, they got into lot of technical questions as well,and even they sneaked to our personal family details,and even gone through the resume and raised a question about projects
