The strangest part of the interview was that I was unexpectedly asked to perform a typing test for them to gauge how fast I can type. I was handed a print-out of a random paragraph and asked to type it out as fast as I can. My interviewer seemingly determined within less than a minute that my typing isn’t fast enough for the position and walked back into their office without saying anything else to me. An employee occupying the desk next to me inferred that my typing speed wasn’t adequate and asked me to leave.
