Atlis Motor Vehicles interview questions

Had a series of interviews starting with the director of HR followed by multiple interviews with about 5 team members and a final phone call with Mark. It seemed like they were so busy they almost didn’t have time to interview me. It was a pleasant experience.

They had me interview over zoom then quickly brought me into the office. Once in the office things were very disorganized. They had me sit in their entry way where a handful of engineers were working. The hiring managers didn't even know who I was supposed to meet. They had me interview in front of the engineers working which was awkward then they moved me to 3 different spots throughout their warehouse to meet other hiring managers. They kept asking how I would sell the company but didn't ask many questions about recruiting processes. When i told them how i recruited and got passive talent interested they berated me with more questions on their companies technology and kept interrupting my answers to try to throw me off. They don't air condition most of their building so by the end it felt pretty gross. I spent 2 hours there and drove a distance to get there only to be ghosted and sent a rejection email with no concrete feedback. They don't care about how they treat their potential employees apparently.
