The HR representative doing the hiring process is excellent. She is friendly and welcoming. I was sold on the company from all of the wonderful stories she told about the culture and community aspect of the company.

They asked about experience with fabrication and what level of technical knowledge you possess when coming into this role.
Initial phone screening, employee review, on site job interview and testing, group review, group outing, final decision. This makes the interview process very lengthy and stressful for applicants but helps to make sure you're a good fit.
