Applied via Glassdoor. 1] Contacted by recruiter. A brief 20 min interview, asking basic questions regarding my past experiences and my interest in Atricure. 2] A 2 hr on-site interview process. The interview was divided into half an hour slots with different engineering teams (product development, manufacturing, process and quality systems). Emphasis was on past technical experience, projects, academic coursework & checking my fit within their team. The final leg of the interview was with the senior director, whose questions focused on situations, behavior & personality. 3] A 15 min tour of the site by a current co-op. This was fun.
