Went through the phone screening and was asked a total of two questions. The person clearly had no experience in doing phone screenings or was just calling to justify their job existence. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

Interview
I had a phone screening with one of the team members who than asked me to come in for two on one interview a few days after with the client service manager and the person who phoned me.
Overall the interview was pleasant asking me about my background and asking what I wanted in my next role and why I wanted the role.
However I did not get any response after spending my own personal time to make the interview which is just unprofessional.
Hey we are really sorry you didn't get a response from us. We agree that is very unprofessional. We have corrected the workflow around interviews to ensure people get that feedback moving forward.
Again, sorry you didn't get that experience with us, but we really appreciate your time and effort in applying with us, and hope you were able to find a good fit in a role for yourself.
