They send you a 200 question assessment that has nothing to do with their job posting that takes an hour to do. If you’re going to test aptitude for your company, you should create a better assessment of ability that corresponds with the actual role. They test on logical reasoning similar to what you would find on the entrance exam for law school (LSAT)
I applied online. I interviewed at Attention Grabbing Media (Largo, FL) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process was stiff and awkward. I was asked immediately if I had an issue with using AI to create campaigns which made me question the amount of effort and originality they put into client campaigns. After a long discussion about the value of "good" employees, I was informed they do not offer medical benefits and they only give 2 days of PTO in a year. This was appalling to me. How can you value employees and only give them 2 days off in an entire year. I believe the PTO also included sick time. They also require that you sign a 2 year non-compete agreement. (Which also seemed absurd to me) At the end of the interview I was assured that I would hear something back regardless of their decision, but it has now been over a month and I haven't even gotten an email. Not impressed and would not recommend this company to anyone as they clearly don't care about clients or employees.
