Interview
Spoke with recruiter over phone via screening call after recruiter reached out over LinkedIn. The phone call was around 30 minutes and covered high level details such as resume, experience, and projects.
Didn't make it past the initial recruiter call. I spoke with a recruiter, scheduled a call, he told me all about the company and then towards the very end they said, "We're open to remote and hybrid employees." I said, "Yeah, I'm definitely interested in more remote roles." We never proceeded beyond that because it seemed like they say it but they don't actually mean it.
