Stage 1 - online assessment which included numerical and literary review tests as well as a personality assessment (1 hour) Stage 2 - Intro call with a member of the team The process went well, I was not successful beyond the second stage however the next stages involved more discussions with other members of the Product team, and included a task / use case to be completed. Overall a positive experience, they promptly let me know of the outcome following the initial discussion and provided detailed feedback as to why I was not progressing, which was very much appreciated and understood.
